By special request, VeVe presents judo throws in her pantyhose. VeVe, dressed in her black dance leotard and tan pantyhose, gives white-belt Mark a little martial arts lesson.
She tosses him judo-style, continuously for over 5 minutes, taunting him to get up every time.
Then she demonstrates how to go into submission holds immediately after a throw. More throws, now with submissions, for another 5 minutes, followed by akido-style wrist and arm lock take downs.
